A signed service agreement must be provided to Funny Farm Petcare before service is provided for any period.

The following agreement will remain valid for future services, with the exception of any agreed upon changes in fees or frequency or total number of visits. The parties here to agree as follows:

2) Any additional visits requested or necessary shall be paid for at the agreed rate. Any additional necessary costs such as food, supplies, or vet fees shall be paid for by the customer upon services rendered.

3) Funny Farm Petcare is not responsible for damage to the home beyond the control of the Pet sitter. This includes, but is not limited to leaks, electrical problems, and acts of nature. In these situations Funny Farm Petcare will attempt to contact the customer and then the emergency contact before making a subjective decision on dealing with the problems. All repairs and related fees (including Special Service emergency service times and coordination fees) will be paid by the client, or fully reimbursed to Funny Farm Petcare within 14 days.

4) Funny Farm Petcare and its employees agree to provide the services stated in this contract in a reliable and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the customer expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against Funny Farm Petcare and its employees, unless arising from negligence.

5) Funny Farm Petcare accepts no responsibility for security of the premises or loss if other individuals have access to a client's home, or if the home is not properly secured.

6) The Pet Owner is responsible for pet proofing the house and yard, and the security of fences/gates/latches. Funny Farm Petcare will not be responsible for the safety of any pet(s) and will not be liable for the injury, disappearance, death, or fines of any pet(s) with unsupervised access to the outdoors.

7) The client or customer hereby authorizes Funny Farm Petcare and its employees to walk/exercise the pet(s) in the designated location and public areas, enter the residence, and feed and care for the animals listed on this contract.

8) Reservations are made to plan sitter availability to clients. Therefore clients returning home early will be required to pay for the reserved amount of time scheduled. Holiday cancellations require at least 2 weeks notice or fees maybe assessed.

9) The client fully understands the contents of this contract, and by signing below takes full responsibility for prompt payment within three (3) days of services rendered. A late charge of $20.00 maybe added if payment is not received within 10 days of completion of services or for any returned checks.
